Our client wished to review the provision of mobile services to its staff globally, define a mobile strategy consistent with its business plans, and identify opportunities for short and long term cost savings.
The scope included over 10,000 voice and data mobile services, mainly located in Europe, US and Asia.
The mobile service was procured and managed by different areas, with critical contractual, cost and usage information fragmented and spread across the organisation.
A number of major projects were being rolled out in parallel, affecting the availability of key resources and producing a number of inter-dependencies.
